Claire has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
After a back injury, Pilates became her focus for recovery and she trained to become a Pilates teacher.
With great results and feedback helping to reduce clients pain and improve mobility, Claire specialised her knowledge on back care qualifying further as a mobility practitioner in 2023, incorporating specific joint mobility practices into her classes.
Claire’s classes are designed for all abilities, building strong foundations in core stability, strength, mobility and flexibility. She has worked with a range of clients from seniors with hip replacements and limited mobility to mid-aged sportspeople and post natal women.
